Better get started before I forget a bunch of stuff. We did so much and met so many great people; please, noone be offended if I leave something or someone out. I did not keep a trip diary so have to rely on failing memory.
We had a bad occurrence which will be posted in another thread. Here is just the good stuff.

We had a great trip down with our son, daughter-in-law and 18mo granddaughter. The baby did really well with only minor whining cured with a *magic* binky. (You know, those ring pops?) We wanted to get to the 2PM meet on time and were determined to see our GD go through the gates for her very first time. We had not traveled with the Clones as they like to leave a bit earlier than we are conscious. Still (and these *coincidences* no longer surprise us) guess who was coming through the same gate at the same time!?! So we all headed to Pirates to get Chloe initiated and get in at least one attraction before we had to go.
We got to Tortilla Joe's and were greeted by Pirate Brittany, 999Haunts, Ursula and others. It was a cold afternoon and I kept thinking it was evening. I was set to order shrimp and corn bread when I saw Poohbear's hors d'oeuvre sampler. I had to have it and it was delicious. Many of us took off for Screamin' but then ended up headed for ToT. I was lucky enough to be walking with and had some great conversation with friendofdd. There was a long wait so we got FP's and got in line for Monster's. We had to go meet the *kids* and check into our hotel so we left. After taking care of business we went back and realized the time was right for the ToT. We called the clones and sure enough, that is what everyone was up to so we hurried over. PB and 999 graciously watched the Baloo's kiddies so Dave and Sarah could ride together. We had an extra FP so DS was able to ride too. At 8:45 we all met up again for Lulu's fireworks meet. I just love that show and we got a great spot on Main Street. We still had not made it to our hotel so we cut out to get a good night's sleep.
We were up early Sunday morning. Due to a booking glitch (ie DH procrastinating on making reservations) we had to pack up everything to move to the hotel where we would spend the next four days. We were able to get to the other hotel, check in, get our keys and get back to Disneyland a good half-hour before my 10AM meet. We just hung out on Main Street until I went over to greet my guests. And, if I do say so myself, it was a fun meet. I think 29 of us boarded the train. In the goodie bags I passed out were wooden train whistles. You haven't been on the Train until you have been on with 29 LPers blowing train whistles. I was dressed in engineer garb and was invited by the engineers to view the tinder box and Mikey and I could have ridden around the park but 1.his parents weren't right there to ask and 2.we had to go clear around the park and we were all headed out to the Casey Jr. meet. So we missed that treat:o(
Still, it was a good day and after Casey we went back to the hotel to unpack our car...again... and settle into our new room. We had a good lunch (we do not generally eat in the Parks) and got back to meet up for the Pirates meet. Then we hit Pooh and HM. Gonna go check the DVD as I am not sure of the order of events here.

>>Still (and these *coincidences* no longer surprise us) guess who was coming through the same gate at the same time!?!<<

See, you don't get rid of us that easily. I would definitely have to put this one down as one of our most enjoyable visits, with the exception of the bad occurrence (which will be posted in another thread) and Tinkeroon not feeling well the last 2 days.

I'm going to hold off on doing my own trip report until dwb has had a chance to do his, parts of our stories will overlap and I don't want to risk "stealing his thunder". Since the train ride has already been mentioned, I will admit that those cute wooden whistles should be standard issue for every LP'er. I doubt that I will ever be without mine again!
Whoo-whoo : )

I am pathetic at up and down loading pictures. I think maybe I need something besides Snapfish. Anyway, sometimes a whole slide show comes through and then later it is just one pic. So I will do them one at a time.

We really did not plan to come throught he gates at the same time but you learn to expect things like this when you are clones.

Great pictures and report. I may speak for others when I say I hope to be involved in such a lovely meet someday...and those wooden train whistles! What an inspired idea!

Got the biggest kick out of your last picture with Baloo himself looking like he'd o.d.'d on Pooh's honeypot one too many times. :)

So glad you all had the time of your life!
