I know it's far away but... do you usually come for Sat/Sun only, or make it a bit longer? We'll be somewhat limited on meeting times if we only have Sat/Sun and have to work around CP performances and dinner seating times, which I think start at 3?
249	999HAUNTS Wed 5/14/2008 8:49a	My suggestion (since most folks would probably make it at least a three day weekend anyway) would be to make our "big" meet on that Friday, Dec 4th. My thought would be that most folks would probably be really busy that Sat and Sun, and might not want the added stress of fitting everything in. They would probably want a nice, leisurely meeting since there are so many out of towners and out of country-ers.
