Finally, I got my stuff together and put up my Europe and DLP trip photos up.
I included photos from Italy, Germany, the UK, and Paris as well.

<<<This park has to be seen to be believed. Details abound, and each attraction is reImagineered both inside and out. Pirates, Phantom Manor (Haunted Mansion), and Space Mountain almost seem like entirely new attractions, and we could have spent a day in each land just exploring. Yes, we did spend a few hours at the Studios- mostly out of curiosity- and it was more than enough. A second rate park that needs more than Tower of Terror to make it Disney quality.

Perfectly said.

I have been lucky enough to have visited this park 5 or 6 times and the resort aesthetics are top notch.

I am glad you had a chance to visit.

I missed the chance to do the ballon ride in the village. It adds to the atmosphere and reminds me of the Disney concept art where you always see a ballon like this floating overhead.

I remember standing int he park/village and seeing it float in the sky and I just chuckeled to myself ... "leave it to the French to once again make something PERFECT" I love the French for that.

^^ I love the French for that, too- what class.

Hopefully, we'll go back one day.
I have over 1000 high resolution photos from this last trip. It was fun going through them picking 10 or 12 for the blog. Maybe I'll post some earlier ones from 1998 later on. I must have a Visionarium one somewhere...

Glad you like our resort mstaft. They have made some bone headed decisions over the years (balloon lights in the Village anyone?), but Panoramagique is not one of them.

It is a lovely addition to the resort, and indeed unique to DLP.

^^^ I can't say I'm keen on the balloon lights, but at least they are moving away from the old concrete and steel!!!

Always wanted to stay onsite. We stayed at Hotel Elysee and it was fun, even if it was one metro stop from the resort. I LOVED the balloon ride. Made my wife nervous, but not me.
I'll be posting my WDSP photos soon...
Do you have any photos of your trip?

Unless something's changed there is a free shuttle bus from the Hotel Elysee to the parks.

I haven't stayed onsite in years!!!

There is a free shuttle- we used it once and rode the Metro once.
