| Malin Sat 3/29/2008 2:17p | So April 15th is just over two weeks to go, and I was just wanting to know who was planning on going to the park on that day. Leemac has already stated he's going to be there, and I'm sure its a safe bet others from the boards will be going to see Jubilation for the first time. Also is anyone planning to cover this event for those of us that will be stuck at home working on that day? |

I'm there for a considerable stint this time for work and LP.com will be covering everything too. |

| Roger55 Sat 3/29/2008 3:16p | I will be there as usual.
Plan to take a lot of pictures again and of course will share them here with everyone.
At least this time there won't be anyone's feelings hurt thinking I'm stealing their thunder. ;-) |

Would be great to meet you if you have the time - my email is my firstname (at} laughingplace.com |

I can only guess as to who this involves. :-)
I just pray it stays dry - the 20th was about the most miserable day I've ever experienced at TDL - the persistent rain and cold was very depressing. |

I hope to make it out to Tokyo at some point between now and next year but nothing confirm yet! |

| Mr X Sat 3/29/2008 7:35p | Interestingly Lee, I don't know if you were here but the 15th was a "washout" as well! At least the nighttime press event.
It was pretty funny actually. I was in the Jammitors group at the time, and they'd set up lights and all that for us to perform at night (went unused), and when the rains came they sent us to, yup, WorldBazaar.
BIG mistake. We only played one set (to a practically empty house to boot, most of the press stayed home I think lol) and were so loud all the shop owners called to complain to entertainment.
They never tried that again! |
