Screanscape has a list of rumored plans for DLP's 20th Anniversary.

DLP:
Refurb Treehouse
Convert Autopia to electric cars
Add new tower to Castle for luxury apartment
New Splash-like Mountain with Rescurers, Tarzan, Robbin Hood and a Little Mermaid splashdown
The Safari of Timon and Pumba E-Ticket

DSP:
Upgrade RnR and Armageddon
Add Narnia forest scene to Tram Tour
Soarin' Over France
Expedition Mont Blanc

They supposedly have an $800 million franc budget, and are suppoed to be done by 2012.

They did mention that this may be an April's Fools Day joke, but that they didn't know.

Likely to be April fools, especially as francs have not been used for years, and this would only equate to a $160m budget, only enough for 2 attractions with Disney's spendig habits.

And thank goodness, because if it were true, that would be horrid!

How would it be horrid? Soarin Over France would be kind of cool.

Actually the article says $800 million Euros, not francs. I have no clue what I was thinking when I was typing earlier. Sorry.
And some stuff sounds cool (Soarin', RnR upgrades ok thats about it. Some sound rediculous like the adding a tower to the castle, Splash with Rescuers, RH and LM all shoved in, and Expedition Mont Blanc?

After reading a little more about this I have to say April Fools Joke.
In the original release they talk about Timon and Pumbas Safai as a water coaster with inversions based on a Direct to DVD Sequel.

>>>How would it be horrid?<<<

toonvastions are not cool. They are cheap, tacky, do not age well and they suck harder than an industrial vaccuum cleaner.
