Wondering what happened to my "Chocolate Rain Guy" topic.

I linked to some YouTube videos, of course, but none that anything harmful. Just popular internet vids that South Park made fun of.

And I did NOT link to South Park purposefully, BECAUSE I know South Park is probably beyond what would be considered okay community standards for here.

So, why'd my topic disappear?

Something funny?

I'm sincerely curious. If there is a policy to delete posts that link to YouTube, I'd like to know about it. If not, then I'm wondering why the topic disappeared since none of those videos were offensive or in violation of any LP community standards.

10. THE REST: Please keep in mind these Community Standards are guidelines. Ultimately, the editors of LaughingPlace.com reserve the right to remove posts for reasons that don't directly fall into one of the above categories but are still felt to be inappropriate for the Discussion Boards.

it could be that there was profanity on in the comments on one of the youtube links

I've been red inked and had my youtube links deleted from this site before, reguardless of what the actual video included (which was all harmless). My guess is this was what happened.

So what, William? I'm not allowed to ask what the policy is?

Youtube has a ton of profanity on it. It doesn't take a genius why the thread was removed. But...You are now looking for reasons to pick fights with LP staff and its hilarious.

That's not true.

I'm simply asking a question.

And actually, looking back on my links I didn't find any profanity at all (several of them have the comments blocked anyway).

Whatever William. Think what you want. I'm just curious as to what the policy is.

If anyone is being rude here or trying to "pick fights", it's you.
