I tried out "our" joke last night with some friends at dinner, one cracked up just like Alex, and another keep waiting for the punch line. Just goes to show that there ARE 3 kinds of people. :o)
52	Schmitty Good Vibes Sun 4/6/2008 5:30p	Aw Chicapin, I'm sorry. I feel badly, but I've been trying to compress these stories as this is a difficult thing to do, and a difficult keyboard to use (it's my iPhone everyone). Also, as I said, it's tough when with a group of LP'ers. I sure enjoyed your company again, as well as meeting your friend. Right now I'm solo again, and trying to decompress (this Mai Tai at the lost bar ought to do it). Let me review my last posts and I'll return to get everyone caught up!
53	chickapin Sun 4/6/2008 6:17p	I'm not deeply offended--just giving you a hard time! Meeting up with LPers was fun and I did come home somewhat relaxed and decompressed. Hope your trip does the same for you!
54	Schmitty Good Vibes Sun 4/6/2008 6:37p	In hindsight, I knew it when I did it yesterday that opening and closing the Park might be a bad idea. Top that with the fact that I had to speed walk (practically run) from DL to Steakhouse 55 to keep my reservation. So I'm paying for it today. This vacation was supposed to be all about resting and unwinding. I'm unwinding, but not resting as much as I ought to. I'm doing much better in that department at the moment (see above). When we last left our stallwart hero, he'd dawn a bread bowl of chowder in half to share with LuLu. Truthfully, I'd gotten a call from Poohbear14 that she was on her way in to see LuLu and Dr Fruitloop and wanted to have lunch with us, but she'd be here in an hour and a half to two. Although of was an hour before lunch, we were all starving. We took the DLRR to TTD to get some sausage and kraut. Along the way, I pointed out the Indiana Dog House to them. They couldn't remember the movie. We caught the RR back to NOSRRS intending to ride POC. (Can you tell I'm making up my own acronyms now? NOSRRS = New Orleans Square Rail Road Station) Before we could get to POC, PB14 arrived. Hooray!! We looked for a place (Wow! This Mai Tai is great!) to have lunch where PB could collect the special and exclusive dining pin. PB14 figured that, if we spent $89.50 per person for lunch, she'd be able to collect three pins (Davewasbaloo, thanks for the note). So the three of us had lunch at - I mean the 4 of is had lunch at the Cafe NO. (Wow, these Mai Tais are good!). It wasn't hard to run up a tab of $600 at CNO. Sinse it was her brthdsy,, Dr Fruitloop got a special bignet covered with an inch of powdered sugar. It had a birthday candle and when she blew it out, it was an explosion of powdered surgar!! Hahahahahahshahj (Dave, I love you man!!!!) Theb we rode the tilt-a-whirl and Stacy got sick. Anyhow, Dave, I really really love you man! Batteries low again, so I gotta go. Hey! There's L

59	Lady Starlight Sun 4/6/2008 9:26p	Ugh! I'm bummed I couldn't go back to the park this evening. Would have been fun to wander around and ride some more rides Schmitty! I had fun on POTC with ya though. I wish I could have seen LuLu and DrFruitloop today as well as PopBear14 too.At least I got to see her for a split second yesterday along with Alex and 999Haunts and her family. That was fun!
