Well this is my first few days back probably since the change, so all that has been updated to today throughout the discussion up til now, is all I've been able to see so far.

Doobie, how new is the Preview Message feature? I think it's cool for more than one reason :) Thanks, Doobie!!! I like how it pops up in a separate window too, very convenient :)

Oh and yes about the discussion board list from left to right, the first change I took notice of recently - heheh not hard to miss ;)

Yeah I think I can understand too the ads doing better on the left. To me, it seems like your eyes adjust a certain way to viewing whats on the left side. But that's just my take on it :)

>> I have a request - well two acutally - first is can the posting box go above the numbers so in the higher numbered threads you wouldn't have to scroll down so much to post <<

Hi Gottaluvdavillains,

I know what you mean. What I do for that is scroll to the top and click "Post a Message Under This Topic". Infact that's usually the only time I use it, is to skip straight to the list of pages to jump to below. Hope that helps! That or hit the "End" key near the number pad on your keyboard, or Page Up/Page Down. Those help me a lot too :)

Just wanted to check in and say I've adapted just fine to the changes.

In fact, I LOVE the new logo with the changing pictures across the top. It's fun to see a 4 new Disney related pictures flanking the logo every time I visit a new page.

One comment - it looks like the LP log is just a little blurry. I don't know if that was on purpose to make it soft, but it could be more clear and crisp.

No, it's actually the exact same file as before. We didn't soften it or anything.

Doobie.

<No, it's actually the exact same file as before. We didn't soften it or anything.>

I remember it being a little soft and not as crisp and clear as the rest of the site before, too. If you have the original file of the created logo, I would probably try another export or something to make it look a little more sharp. Just a thought, i've been playing with photoshop and a website lately, so I'm looking at it with that eye.

Maybe it is just me, but I'm finding it a little more cumbersome to browse the boards.

My biggest "problem" is that the section list moved from the upper left side of the page to the mid right side (enough lower that the even the start of the list is not visible on my screen). Maybe in another year or two my reflexes will be re-trained to look for it there.

Also since it is shifted down a bit, I find it a bit awkward to get to the section list while reading posts.

Doobie, did you have an IASW moment and decide you just HAD to change things? Note, this affects me a lot more than whether they add a few characters to IASW.

One more suggestion would be to have (maybe there is one and I haven't found it) a button on the top and bottom of each page that takes you back to the section that you are currently in. Lets say you have been browsing through a long topic and you don't want to hit back 10 times. The alternative is to scroll down through the section list.

It's not the end of the world as we know it, but I am finding it a little harder to navigate the discussion boards since the changes have been made.

On the right there is a link in the menu that says "Return to Topic List". I think that's what you're looking for. There's also an additional Section List link at the top of the page. Thanks for the other comments as well.
