I've been to both, and there's no question about it in my mind. Typhoon Lagoon is the best. The wave pool is enormous and the themeing is awesome. There's something for everyone at that park. It may be older, but I've never noticed a lower level of quality at Typhoon Lagoon.

I agree with GMouse. We went to both last summer and both were great but Typhoon Lagoon was the better one in my book!

I think adults probably like TL better, but that preteens and teens prefer BB.

I prefere TL because I dont like water slides, my daring 12 year old loves the wave pool at TL, but adores the teens area at BB, are you taking children?
I like the atmosphere at TL, nicer areas to sit and chill.
Both are fantastic though!

After I posted #15, I confirmed with my 11 and 13 year olds. They both said they liked BB better.

Waht if you have one full day and one half day for the water parks? What would you suggest? Right now I am looking at a 2-5pm for BB and 10a-til whenever for TL. We are going in Sept. after Labor Day.

That really doesnt give you enough time to do either park justice. If you are going to do two, go two different days. If youre only going to spend 1 day at water parks, pick 1 and stay there. Their is really too much to do at either to really give them justice with only a half day. The wave pool at TL makes it a true whole day park, while you can experience all the slides in the morning at BB.

Thanks for the input. We have one full day to spend at one of the water parks and one half day to spend at the water parks. Which one to spend a half day at and which one to spend a full day at. I guess I am not really good at explaining myself in all the excitement of vacation planning.
