4	Malin Tue 4/8/2008 1:27p	I have heard that DLRP needs to meet some targets before the next phase of expansion can happen.
5	FerretAfros Tue 4/8/2008 3:53p	Ironic that they're waiting to get more people before they're willing to add anything to pull more people in. I guess that's the way it always works though...
