I heard that there were plans to announce the newest E Ticket for DLP this week.

Did plans change?

There were rumors that they would announce the newest E Ticket during the festivities for ToT.

I have heard that DLRP needs to meet some targets before the next phase of expansion can happen.

Ironic that they're waiting to get more people before they're willing to add anything to pull more people in. I guess that's the way it always works though...
