Too little too late.

Calgary wins game 1 in San Jose.

The last minute was phenomenal. Too bad they couldn't play that way the whole game (or at least, the 3rd period)

Wow, that was a fantastic min of hockey.

2 great games (Avs-Wild, Sharks-Flames). And 1 mediocre (Pens-Ott) The Penguins are the team I follow since I left Colo. and they kicked the crap out of Ottawa. 4-0.
xPPx, sorry about the loss, but it was a fanastic game. Living in the east I haven't kept up with the western teams t much, But I am familiar with Tangay and Yelle. This is going to be a tough series. Sucks to get them first round. We're playing The Wild. No one in the play off are going to be a push over, but we should win this series.

I would have preferred the Sharks played the Wild. That would have been a 4-game series. :)

I predict that as well for the Avs.

Sharks have one more game tomorrow night (back to back in the playoffs??? For shame!) in SJ, then it's off the Cgy. Sharks have done well as of late at home, but their season strength was on the road. I have no idea about the Sharks' record this season in Calgary, though.

I noticed the back to back games. I wouldn't like that at all.
The Avs play again on Fri. then not until Monday.
I was predicting the Avs in 4. But after watching them blow a 2 point lead in the 3rd, I'm gonna say Avs in 5.
And I'm sure you would have rather played the Wild. Calgary is gonna be tough.
How did the Wild end up so high in the standings? Strike that, I hope I don't find out. Watch the Wild knock both the Avs and Sharks out now that we dissed them.

Ooh..don't say that!!

I really don't know, but I'm glad the Sharks aren't playing Phoenix, since I live in the AZ area, and anything on Center Ice is blacked out for me.

Game 2 for the Sharks and Flames tonight...

LacyBelle...did you make it to the game last night? Going tonight?? If you were home, how mad were you that you missed the first 7 minutes (and 3 goals) of the game??? LOTS of people are MMMMAAAAAADDDDDDD.

Ducks and Stars play, too. I really don't know who I want to win that series. Ducks because I think the Sharks would be able to handle them in the playoffs, but Stars because Ducks won last year!

Ok, Ducks...because I just cannot stand Dallas and Mike Modano. >:|

Oh, me too. Brendon Morrow and Marty Turco also.
Watching Detriot manhandle the Predators now. Mai Tai in hand. 50 mins to the Sharks Flames.
