Well, isn't the game tonight on home ice for you guys? That may help, but I don't belive you guys will get by the Wings this year.
I am just waiting for the Pens vs. Red Wings for the cup. That will be hockey worth watching. I'm thinking about going up to the 'Burgh just to hang at a sports bar during the game. Hey brotherdave do you have a suggestion about sports bars. I once was at the Anahiem ESPNZone while the Avs were playing the Kings during the play-offs (it was the game Peter Forsberg ruptured his spleen) and it was rockin' fun.

Sorry, I don't get to frequent many of the bars around town much anymore. However, you can watch it on the big screen right outside the Mellon Arena if that intersests you. They usually attract about 2-3 thousand every game, including away games! There's a few bars in Downtown Pittsburgh within walking distance of the Arena, too.

There's also a few decent sports bars across from PNC Park that might be good, too. They get pretty crowded, especially for some of the big games here and especially when the Pirates are playing at home (for obvious reasons). Personally, I like Atria's inside PNC Park, mainly for the food since I can't drink anymore. Being Pittsburgh, I'm sure it won't be hard for you to find a decent sports bar. They're just about EVERYWHERE here!

It's certainly not looking good for the Stars tonite. 5-2 Detroit late in the third period.

Sorry TXDISNEYNERD, I guess Home Ice advantage didn't help much. 5-2 Wings, final score. Now Dallas is down 3-0 in the series.

How the tables have turned for the Stars.

Maybe they can use the 33 to their advantage.

Maybe not.

Go WINGS!

Hey xP_Px, did you watch the game last night? It was very physical. Both Madano and Morrow had to go to the locker room during the game. Madano took a hard check into the boards and it took him a while to get back to his feet. He went straight to the locker room. He did return but he was definitely shell shocked. I don't remember if Morrow came back. It seems as if a few of the Red Wings players don't care for those two. This harkens back to why I don't care for the Red Wings. If you win by hurting the skill players of the opposing team, you beat them, but not at hockey.

Yes, it was a tough game. I knew this would be a hard series. I sure hope we can pull out the next game. I would hate for them to sweep us.

Take it from an Avs fan. It sucks. Especially to be swept by the Red Wings.

I'm sure the Flyer fans are feeling the same way right now! (Sorry Fe Maiden...)

PENGUINS WIN GAME 3, 4-1!!!!

Get out the brooms, I think they may get another sweep!!!

It is definitely a very sweet feeling being on the winning side for a change!

It's amazing that both of these series' are at 3 - 0. You think the Pens and the Wings are determined to get this round done and onto the finals?!

I caught a little of the Wings / Stars game the other night. I missed the Modano & Morrow hits dshyates wrote about, but did notice the the Wings were really controlling the neutral zone...would not let the Stars in.
