Thu 5/15/2008 5:23p | It looks like the Championship calilbur Penguins decided not to show up in Philadelphia tonight. Flyers are leading 3-0 at the end of the first period. There's still a lot of game left tonight for the Penguins to come back, but something tells me they want to finish the Flyers off in Pittsburgh on Sunday. |

Thu 5/15/2008 7:20p | I have to hand it to the Pens for coming back with 2 goals and almost tying it up in the third, but, Game 4 goes to the Flyers 4-2.
I still feel that the Penguins will prevail and win Game 5 on Sunday in Pittsburgh! They're not going to let the Flyers take one on home ice! |

Thu 5/15/2008 8:53p | Congrats Fe Maiden. Sorry brotherdave. I missed the game tonight. Both my girls 7, 12. danced in their spring recital. It was fun Got to see the Ex. The ex Inlaws, The Exs new husband. And 2 hours of bad dancing. I would rather have had a root canal. At least they give you novacaine for a root canal. I need novacaine to deal with my ex. She has a way of hitting a nerve.
It was good to see MY girls dance I just didn't want to see everyone elses girls dance. But as a parent you do the right thing. So I go and at least enjoy watching all the kids try so hard. Every famous dancer had a first recital and I am sure it sucked. |

So funny about the recital, dshyates. We went and saw our niece in a ballet recital a couple of years ago. Longest afternoon of my life! Truly. Like you said, loved seeing her dance, but sitting through the rest of the show was pretty brutal.
Back on-topic...
We may know who's going to the Stanley Cup finals by the end of the weekend! |

Fri 5/16/2008 3:06p | dshyates - I understand about the dance recital. I haven't been to a dance recital, but I have been to many choir concerts where I don't think a right note was hit the entire time.
I hope we don't have our finalist this weekend as I am hoping for our miracle. |
