You can still get walnettos, in Virginia City, NV. and Old Sacramento. My mom loves them too. I just got her a pound for Mother's Day.

I remember watching the muppet show in my muppet show bikini. I was still very young back then. In the summer I would make snow cones with my Snoopy snow cone machine. I also looked forward to all the christmas shows at christmas time and still do. Charlie Brown Christmas, Rudolf, and Santa is Coming to Town.

ohh mater4 me too! I would wait all year long to see those! Especially the Halloween one called Mad Monster Party. I had to buy it waaay back when , when they came outon VHS. Now I have all of them on DVD.The Christmas ones are in a box set, but the Mad Monster Party is sometimes hard to find.I'm glad I have it though and would share with anyone who would like to see it for old times sake. I loved that Boris Karloff voiced " Baron Boris von Frankenstein" in it and Phyllis Diller " the monsters mate".I also loved then Halloween was getting close and they would play the Monster Mash on the radio.

I remember the first love of my life, Annette Funicello. I couldn't wait to get home from school to watch the Mickey Mouse Club.

<--still carries the torch (along with a gajillion other guys)

I remember when it snowed for Thanksgiving and there was a nice old man driving his tractor around the park behind my house with all the kids on their sleds tied to the back, because it was too flat to try it any other way.

As for Wizard of Oz on TV, I've strangely found it on while I've been putting the lights on our Christmas tree for the past couple years. It's usually TNT or something like that, and just happens to be on at the right time (even though we've gotten the trees different weekends). Once, it was even followed by the Sound of Music!

Dude! The Snoopy snow cone machine! I saw one of those a few weeks ago and begged my wife to let me get one. Needless to say, I am still without one.

I remember heading to the far end of the playground to play with our Masters of the Universe toys in 3rd grade.

I remember when Capri Sun first came out - we drank it after our AYSO soccer matches!

I remember thinking Mr. T was the toughest guy around, fool!

I remember wanting to be a Goonie!

I remember when Id get a scrape while playing and my Mom would put that orange/bright neon pink liquid in a glass bottle with the little glass wand in it 'mecurichrome'( spell?)on me and it would take FOREVER for the color to finally wear off. Man did that stuff ever sting.
