Wish I still had time... ... George of the Jungle ... the Beatles cartoon show ... Quick Draw McGraw & Snagglepuss ... Gumby & Pokey ... your first record player? What was your first album? One of my first was Meet the Beatles! ... 8 tracks! Reel to reels!
68	gottaluvdavillains Wed 4/30/2008 8:16p	Oh my first record - Shaun Cassidy... and I had a partridge family record cabinet... Dittos and sailor pants - tube tops and not needing extra support so I could wear them!! Oh and gunne sax dresses. Zip apart pants!
69	Tinkeroon Fri 5/2/2008 12:08a	Shaun Cassidy...haha...I had a 45 record of him. All I remember is it had the song "I Think I Love You" on one side. I played that soooo many times! Hey DH says we still have it!! HaHa, we do! He just found it! It's by Bell records and the flip side is: Somebody wants to love you. This is great! He found others too! Cathy's Clown~Everly Bros. Disco Duck Immigrant Song~Led Zeppelin Brand New Key~Melanie Get Ready~Rare Earth those are just a few... I think I love you So what am I so afraid of? I'm afraid that I'm not sure of A love there is no cure for... And I remember my pair of hip hugger sailor pants and actually having the figure to look good in them. ~ sigh ~ Those were the days my friends. And how about when Santa Claus was "real" or waiting for the tooth fairy. Most kids today are "enlightened" Remember Pet rocks? And Wafflestompers? And wearing your 501's 'til they practically stood up in a corner all by themselves (eeewww). And those leather wrist bands with the knot in them that you were never suppose to take off. And when the girls always wore their boyfriends class ring with the yarn wrapped around it a gazillion times so it wouldn't fall off and you'd paint the yarn with fingernail polish...what'd they call that...a jellybean? or something like that... And Harvey Wallbangers! Do people still drink those? (I'm out of the loop) Or Boones Farm Strawberry Hill wine And your first car...mine was a red Toyota Corolla with a luggage rack on top. LOL DH always called me "the Bomber" when I drove that thing. Did you ever have lunch at the lunch counter at Woolworth's or Newberry's? BLT's all the way!

One entire wall in my bedroom when I was 16 was full of 8 1/2 by 11 inch pictures of the Bay City Rollers! >>rolls eyes<< Shiva has an original Dark Shadows comic book and I didn't get to see it??? Well, I guess that just means we have to come and see you again so I can see it. I loved that show too; my mom watched it every day and it was on when I got home from school too. Let's see what 45's I still have: (in no particular order) We Are the World Eye of the Tiger The Tide is High You Should Hear How She Talks About You He's So Shy Shame Shining Star Is It You The Way I Feel Tonight I Was Made for Lovin' You You Made Me Believe in Magic Mickey Nightshift Super Freak (I thought this song was about me!) >>wink!<< Call Me How Can I Live Without Her I'd tell you all of the albums I have but the list would be way too long!
