| disneylandfan8 Wed 5/7/2008 7:55p | How about your first car? Wish I still had mine - a 1968 Mustang!
Had it a couple of years then lost my mind and traded it for a 1972 Pinto. WHAT WAS I THINKING??????
Ended up with two more Mustangs, a 1975 baby blue Mustang II and the last one was a 1985.

| Tinkeroon Fri 5/9/2008 11:38p | I loved going to the roller rink when I was in high school! All I can remember now is the music "Popcorn" or something like that. My cousin Reta and I would go on the weekends fairly frequently. Wow, haven't thought about that in a long time! Thanks for that memory Lady Starlight! We had a red '66 Mustang convertible at one time. Piece of doody...that car. But DH seemed to love it so. We also had a sort of off white '69 Mustang fastback. Now THAT one I really liked! And I think dear hubby has always regretted trading that one in. We also had a white Jaguar with red leather seats, but it just chewed up gas and was too expensive to work on. But it sure felt cool to drive around in. I think it had a 12 cylinder engine. When it ran right it just purred. Gosh, remember when gas was about 25-35 cents a gallon?!! |

| Pixie Glitter Sat 5/10/2008 9:15p | This thread has been a great read--so many fun memories. When I was in 7th grade, my best friend and I exchanged Christmas presents. I gave her Shaun Cassidy's first album, and she gave me a bottle of Love's Baby Soft. And she got SO mad at me because I kissed Shaun's picture on the album cover before she could--lol! |
