It runs just over 30 minutes, and is available in several different formats, including DVD-quality MPEG-2 (which is a humongous file). They finally get to Disneyland itself at 19:00.
Don't miss this one - the quality of the footage is spectacular.

How did they have the creativity and foresight to film each segment? It's crazy with rich detail and information of the times. What a testament to future generations of this very lovely family.
Still waiting for DL....they're on their way to the Hollywood tour. |

I think it said - somewhere - that the guy was a very enthusiastic movie camera buff. It was his hobby. Do a search on Barstow at archive.org and you'll find several more productions like this one. |

Long live the innocence of the 1950s!
Charles Phoenix would love this, too.
Must pause now... can't wait to look at the whole thing. |

Though they don't actualy getinto disneyland until about 17 minutes the first part is just wonderful in recounting how they won and the trip out to California. I didn't know you could tour Universal back then. I was also surpised at how far away theri hotel was. This man did a wonderful job. |

He set up a mirror on the ground and had a long zoom lens. |
