I am watching it now. Talk about priceless. I love some of the quirky references. "We rode on a high capacity plane of 64 passengers," twenty minute ride to anaheim from Pasadena, an uncongested 101, before Knotts had any rides, etc. Some things however have not changed, Universal Studios Backlot tour is really the same (not to mention they only saw a commercial being filmed there, not a movie), downtown Hollywood I guess always had bums, and Catalina Island still has glass bottom boats.

Disneyland was really interesting. An almost complete absence of characters. I have never known the MainStreet Theatre to be showing anything other than Steamboat Willie, autotopia with no tracks, the tree line hasn't grown in yet, and you can only look at the stage coach now. Some things never change, lines (even with tickets), the 4 yr old loves Dumbo (there is a real shocker!!), and the Jungle Cruise has always been just as corney. 4 Days to see DL and back then it was a much smaller park, very interesting.
