I expected Monday to be fairly quiet but I was wrong. It was very crowded and HOT. Just didn't feel like doing much but at least I had my parasol to protect us from the sun. We all did Shrunk the Audience and played with the water ball thingy. Chloe and I headed back to the hotel and went to Walmart where I bought a cheap stroller and then hopped on over to the Character Outlet store where I found some cheap ears and a new hat for the baby and some other cool stuff. Then we had our lunch and nap and I even started some of my packing. Chloe slept late again so I planned for a late evening. The family had again secured seats at RB for F! It was a long wait but worth it for the view. I had gotten a FP for Autopia earlier. DD1's family left and I was going to ride Star Tours with my grandson but the line was long and my daughter had been sick earlier in the day and didn't feel like she could wait that long so they left. Chloe and I went on Autopia and with the FP waited over half an hour. They were running only one side and it was one of those things where once you have waited so long you feel you might as well keep waiting. So we did that and then some Fantasyland stuff and made it to the WWHHHEEEEEEEEEE before midnight and closed down the park. What a blast!!!

Tuesday was our last day so of course I got melancholy. But after a good breakfast I met up with DD2 and family and we went to the new Playhouse Disney show. Chloe was getting fussy so I decided to get her to sleep in her sling. I prefer this to the stroller cuz I can shop and go to shows with my hands free. It was another hot day so after she dropped off I went to Muppet 3D and then sat through Golden Dreams twice. Walked to get a FP for Screamin' and waited for her to wake up so I could go on Triton's carousel with her.

She shook her head NO vigorously when I tried to take her off of her fish so we went around and did it again. I cannot tell you how much fun I was having with her.

DD1 and her family were waiting for the Disneyland parade so I joined them and then we all went on the virtual Nemo (they just never wanted to wait in that long line) together. By this time I was ready for lunch and a nap. We all ended up at the hotel resting and then walked back together in the evening. They had announced an 11:30 showing of F! and I love doing that cuz you can walk up right at showtime. We walked back together and met up with DD2 at the Electrical Parade. Chloe really loves that.

As soon as it was over we took off and rode the Sunwheel of Death. I wanted to see the fireworks from the top. Had I gone for the red gondola it would have worked. We had to wait a turn and did see the end from the Wheel. It was pretty cool. Chloe was a little nervous with the swinging but after a few times was saying wheee. Then we went to Disneyland and rode on Pooh twice and HM. Then it was time for F! and we just walked right up to the bridge over Pirates. Barely had time to feed her some applesauce before the show. Then we hightailed it to Astro Orbiter and closed the park at midnight with the last ride of the day.
Chloe became such a social butterfly on this trip. She would wave and say, "Hi!!!" to everyone we walked past.

When I would run with her stroller she would yell, "WWHHEEEEE!!!" and really got into doing high 5's with the cast members. She would get excited over Pooh and Tig and Eyo, did NOT like Captain Hook and does not seem to think of face characters as anything more than really nice people in pretty clothes.

Just a side note: I was very sick for most of this trip. I had a sore throat when we left and ended up hacking up lungs and the sore throat got really bad for a couple of days. I really did not feel very well until Monday. But I would have to be at Death's door before I would let it interfere with Disneyland. Just took Dayquil and ate a lot of cough drops.

Awww, Chloe is utterly adorable! How lovely your pictures are. I enjoyed seeing that she is wary of zoot-suited young men! Keep it up, Chloe! :)
