13	DlandJB Sat 4/19/2008 8:38p	They were the folks that hosted the Wally Boag/Golden Horseshoe Revue tribute recently. It is the first of there events we have attended (They did a train event and a Tiki room event earlier.) It was a lovely evening and obviously so much work went into making it that way. We were so impressed, we joined on the spot.
14	retlawfan Sat 4/19/2008 9:03p	It seems to be an arm of Ape Pen Publishing. Doug, was there a big push to purchase Ape Pen publishing merchandise at the event? Or, is it just that they (Ape Pen Publishing) are fans and this is a way of supporting the fan base with events?
15	DlandJB Sat 4/19/2008 10:04p	I'm not Dug - I'm his better half! The merchandise available was all related to the event - We could pre-order Wally's upcoming book, which is not an Ape Pen product. But we did also order a copy of the evening to come (being taped that night), and two other Ape Pen DVD's related to the Golden Horseshoe. Nothing was a hard sell - it as just available.
