Hi all,
We are planning a trip to Disneyland in Anaheim in December, but seeing as we live only 5 1/2 hours away from DLP, we are thinking of making a Thanksgiving visit to Disneyland Paris to whet our apetites for all things Disney. I understand Christmas will be in full effect but how buy does it get around 27-30 Nov?

Thanks.

The weekend is very busy, midweek is relatively quiet. But christmas at DLP is very cool!

Now my second question for those that have kids. The only children ride we went on during our last trip to DLP was IASW, and the differences with the DL one are very noticable, especially with the character additions forthcoming.

My question is, we are going to have 2 days at DLP with a 5 yr old and 2 year old. Which rides in Fantasy land or even Disneyland in general, can we skip because they are carbon copies of the ones at DL Anaheim, since we are going to Disneyland Anaheim, 10 days after we get back from Disneyland Paris

Well William, almost all the attractions have some differences, but the near identicals are:

Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse (DL is Tarzan)
Adventure Isle - thanks to the marketeers, TSI in DL is nearly the same.
Dumbo, Teacups and Carousel not much diff.

Peter Pan, Snow White and Pinnochio are very similar to DL's, but DLP's is slightly superior. But the differences are negligable.

Orbitron and Autopia are virtually identical, as is Buzz, Star Tours (in French) and Cherie Je Reduce L'audience (HISTA).

Casey Jr is a kid coaster, and the Storybookland Canal boats have no narration (but the models are different than DL's). Mark Twain/Train are virtually the same experience.

At WDS there are some similarities between DCA and WDS' animation pavillions, with DCA being better.

We have been taking Mikey (nearly 5) and Jess (nearly 3) to DLP/WDW/DL since Mikey was about 8 weeks old.

Their favs are - the Train, Phantom Manor, Mickey's Winter Wonderland show, PotC, the dark rides, Casey Jr, Carousel, Tea Cups, IASW, Lion King show, Buzz, Star Tours, Autopia, Magic Carpets, Animagique, Cars and Moteurs Action are their favorite attractions in the parks.

Any more questions, just ask. And have a great time!
All times are Pacific Time (US)
