-And even though they aren't toons, the Pirates changes suck.

Very much in disagreement here. The Pirates changes were a nice touch to the current attraction and did nothing to deter the original flavor as Walt intended. In fact, I feel the Pirates changes that were done so well proves that IASW changes will not take away from the monotonous attraction that stands there now.

-Um yes WE do. Read and hear ppls reactions. Read online polls

Polls made to the same 1,000 quite vocal AP's? Not the same. I guarantee you the masses from all over the world will love the adding of Disney characters into IASW.

<<Um yes WE do. Read and hear ppls reactions. Read online polls. Even NON-Disney geeks/purists are against this and/or think its just stupid.>>

Are you kidding me? How many times has it been discussed here on LP about how polls are easily skewed by who is doing survey? And how many people even know about what is going on with IASW? 1% of the U.S. population, maybe?

""And how many people even know about what is going on with IASW? 1% of the U.S. population, maybe?""

Um lets see. This has been such a HUGE PR disaster for Disney that its made the LA Times, OC Register, and TMZ of all places. So to say noone knows is ludicrous.

Hillary Clinton showing off her ta-tas makes TMZ for Gosh sake.... LA Times, they are still trying to find a connection in Tupac's death....

99% of Americans still have no clue IASW is changing, let alone have an opinion on it.

I didn't say no one, I said most people probably don't know. I don't read the L.A. Times or the O.C. Register, and I don't even know what TMZ is.

IASW is basically local news, or Disney geek news... it is NOT national news. Even if people know about it, an opinion now is next-to-meaningless, as people may change their mind.

Huge PR disaster? You're joking, right? I talked to 10 friends outside of S CAl in other states that are pretty in the know in pop culture, who have no idea what I am talking about re IASW changes.

-99% of Americans still have no clue IASW is changing, let alone have an opinion on it.

Amen William.

Brings back happy memories of a post I posted Thursday:

>>the pro-character faction will be on here saying "see, it's not so bad, we kind of like it" and the anti-character faction will be on here saying "aargh! yuck! bleahh! we told you so!" and the pro-character faction will say "you really secretly like it but won't back down from your unreasonable foamer positions and you're just against any change at all I can't believe you are still complaining about this why don't you just stop going if you hate it so much yay shorter lines for me" and the anti-character faction will say "fooey! ick! uggh! we told you so!" and then we'll either all get admin'd or else LP's server will crash.<<

Get ready, admins.
