Ok, I have some questions here, 1st, We will be at Animal Kingdom for the day, and eating at DTD. My question is is there a bus to go from the park straight to DTD? and if so what time should I leave if my dinner is at 7pm?

Next, I have an ADR for Crystal Palace for 8:10, the park opens at 9am.. there is not an EMH that morring, will the buses get me there in time? Are they running that early? Oh by the way we are staying at Ft.Wilderness Cabins.
Any help will help. thanks everyone.
:)

Since no one here seemed to know your answers - please share!

I'm pretty sure your boat from Wilderness takes you directly to MK gates, but I wanted to warn you of my experience just in case. We chose to drive (get there faster). We were the 1st car in the TTC parking lot at 6:30am. Then we waited ~5 min for the monorail, which did not get us to MK gates until 7am. I had no idea it would take so long to get to the gates from the TTC! (I'm sure during "rush hour" it is much quicker as they must be running the express line.)

I have a question for you - was 8:10am the earliest breakfast time? What time can you walk in the gate for your reservation?

I want to get the earliest time available for Cindy's breakfast, and I'd like to be done with the meal as close to park opening as possible. Plus on my way in to the breakfast, I'd love to take a family pix in front of the empty castle!

I only just saw this sorry. currently there are no buses from parks to DTD (free parking at DTD, but not the parks). So you need to take a bus to a resort then transport from the resort to DTD or a cab.

If relying on Disney transport, you may find a bus from DAK to AKL the best way, or take a bus from DAK to Port Orleans and a bus or boat from Port Orleans to DTD. Plan on 90 mins for your journey (or 10 mins in a cab for a few dollars).

As for getting to MK before opening, I believe the buses start running at least 30 mins before opening, but I am not 100%. Again a cab is an option.

We were there last October and had several very early ADR's in the AK as well as the Crystal Palace and the Castle in the MK. Also, at the Storybook Princess breakfast in Epcot.
In all cases, we were able to get on a bus about an hour before our ADR's ( we were at the French Quarter) and had no trouble getting to the gates on time.
They will either have someone there asking if you have early ADR's or you will see a sign directing you to the correct area to walk through.
The only issue we had ( and may have with our October trip this year ) is that we had 8:10 ADR's for the castle and they only allowed us to enter at 8:00 AM..it was abit of a sprint to get back there by 8:10! But, we did make it and they are used to that, I'm sure.
This year we have first seating right at
8:00 AM...so if they don't allow us to enter prior to 8:00.......I guess we'll get there when we get there. I also had the idea to try and get that photo in front of an uncluttered castle, but we were in such a hurry once we got through the gates ,that we didn't stop..but, I will do it this year regardless..
Have a great time! I love the early ADR's since it forces you to get up and get into the parks so early. It is very cool to be there before the masses arrive..just a little patch of peace right there in the middle of it all!!

The buses leave for the parks an hour before it opens unless you have an Breakfast ADR. The bus for Magic Kingdom leaves as soon as 6:30am. Depending on the day.

As for Animal Kingdom, No there is not a bus that goes stright to DTD. I was told if I didn't want to take a long time to take a taxi. We don't care about the time so this is what you do. Take a bus that is closest to DTD ect. POR and then take the boat or the bus to DTD. It can take up to a hour to do so.
