<<friendofdd: I remember Rudy Vallee.>>

LOL, I only remember him when he appeared in season 3 of "Batman" as Special Guest Villain Lord Marmaduke Ffogg. He was accompianied by his sister Lady Penelope Peasoup, played by Extra Special Guest Villainess Glynis "Mrs. Banks" Johns. For the longest time, I thought he was British.

In this 3-parter, the nefarious Lord Ffogg and Lady Peasoup were stealing Londonium's priceless treasures and jewels, whilst leaving their tracks in a mysterious fog...which no one at Ireland Yard was able to figure out.

Meanwhile Bruce Wayne, Dick Grayson, Alfred and Barbara Gordon are on a cruise to Londonium, with the Batmobile and the Batcomputer (and most likely the Batgirl-Cycle) stowed away in the ship for safety.

Was Lord Ffogg successful in his pilfering of priceless prizes? Or did the Terrific Trio put the Londonium Lord in a sticky wicket?

And he appeared on an episode of "I Love Lucy"/"The Lucy-Desi Comedy Hour".

From what I've read, he was one of worst people to work with in the business.
