86	Mr X Thu 5/1/2008 4:11a	Actually as for my own post, no extra stimulous required. In fact drugs get in the way of the total perception thing. I'm very serious here. If you have total presence, real concentration and focus in the now, you can see a lot. Read "the power of now". Seriously.
87	mele Thu 5/1/2008 9:15a	I meant to read some of The Power Of Now while on vacation but didn't. Maybe today, after work and after my Girl Scouts meeting. LOL You know, even if I something miraculous happened and I now believed that I had to worship Jesus to get to Heaven, I still wouldn't go to church to do it. I would still find my own way to worship, which is pretty much what I do now, anyway.

It does not prove whether or not Jesus Christ is Lord. The Biblical teaching is that we can either be judged by God on our own merits, or we can be judged by God on the merits of Christ. I've thrown in with Christ. I'll gladly choose Him to represent me instead of representing myself. I've sinned. He hasn't. People who are condemned are condemned because of their own actions.
89	davewasbaloo Thu 5/1/2008 10:02a	RC Collins - you could be and I think are wrong. Jesus could have been a con artist or mentally ill. Buddha may be the true way to enlightenment. Or maybe there is no such thing and Jesus will become like Perseus, someone seen as the son of god in mythology. Or you could be right. But me, I do not think so.
