11	Tinkeroon Sun 4/27/2008 11:49p	That particular episode brought tears to my eyes when I saw Denny Crane (Shatner) sitting in the back of the courtroom as Spader was arguing his case and talking about his friend (again...Shatner) having Alzheimers (sp)and how he would help him die when the time came. It's my favorite episode thus far. I love this show! Yeah, and the pink bunny suits were great! But so were the flamingos! :)
12	SingleParkPassholder Mon 4/28/2008 5:25a	Sign me up for what JeffG said in post 10. It made for some good television, but no way a lawyer gets to do what Spader's character does in any appellate court, much less the Supreme Court. SPP- a not quite yet retired government lawyer.

15	velo Mon 4/28/2008 9:48a	it always surprises me how quickly motions are heard in Boston Legal...sometimes the same afternoon... Does that really happen in MA? It sure doesn't her in CA (that I'm aware of), lol.
