I think Darkbeer was posing that as a possibility, not presenting it as a fact. Perhaps there is a flaw with New Red's ability to deal appropriately with rain that hadn't been discovered yet, it having not yet rained.

I was NOT presenting it as FACT...

It was TOTALLY a "possibility"

Mark VII Monorail Red was out this morning testing (no guests).

There is a lot I wish I could tell you it was a "fact", the last post was, well, a "maybe", and it was from someone who is seriously tied to the Monorails...

Disney did look into the fact that since Mark VII Red was on the track during a serious amount of rain, that they needed to explore the fact that their MIGHT be a issue.

And that is their job, I do not know if they figured out why the tracks "shorted out", but I am glad that the Disney staff is looking at EVERY reason why the Monorail is having problems.

>>Thanks, Mark VII Pilot. Care to share any info on how testing is going, whether the cabins are experiencing inadequate cooling, and if there is a plan in place to fix that?<<

I wish I could. Even If I could I don't have any info to give out. Darkbeer seems to be doing a good job though.

Oh, if only this title could be true. I have not the slightest notion that any of the new monorails will be running for the public next Friday, but they do like to taunt us by running it with no one inside.
