So if you only plan on park hopping a few days on the trip could you just add a couple extra days to the ticket and use a second day on the ticket that day to hop to a second park instead of adding the park hopping option. |

Once I already have 5 days, it's hardly any more money to add on every other day we'll be there to make 8 ($6 more each adult to be $221 for each adults). Surely it would be easy then to see everything and take breaks as needed. It would be more expensive ($260 for the 5 day with park hopper) and we could not enter parks the other days to space things out more.
However, when I mentioned this a few of the very knowledgeable people on the site said that they would still suggest park hopping especially for us (2 adults). |

It's buy the Park Hopper or nothing. |

We do, just to be safe. :)

Seriously, the rule of thumb is if you figure out a way to make it cheaper, Disney has already thought of it and sealed up the loop hole. |

| Goofyernmost Mon 4/28/2008 10:02a | Well, they wouldn't force you to do anything unless you really wanted to go to Epcot because you cannot park hop on that ticket unless it's a park hopper. They will not let you use a second day on the same day. They would lose too much money in that case. I don't think that the computers would allow it to happen or be bypassed. Then you would, indeed have to purchase a single day ticket to get in, there is no way around it that I know of. |

| sherrytodd Mon 4/28/2008 10:26a | I checked a few sources and the ticket simply will not allow you to enter a second park on the the same day without the park hopper option. You can only use one admission a day.
They used to sell non-park hopper tickets that you could use a second admission to hop to a second park before the MYW tickets but I guess not any more. |
