Will the opening of TSMM significantly impact Disneyland's attendance? I was there the summer Indy opened and remember having 3-4 hour waits but remember the rest of the park being pretty normal for summer. Just wondering if people will ride TSMM and then hop over to DL to finish out there day.

tsmm is also known as "Toy Story Mania!" (TSM!), or as the ride signage calls it "Toy Story Midway Mania!"

it shouldn't impact Disneyland much.

I think it will have the same impact as any new DCA addition:

All 650,000+ AP holders will flock to see it in it's first several months of operation ... DL .. will still be it's usual crowded self. (APer's, normal guests, etc.) Seems to never change .. no matter what.

Midway Mania crowds taper off to some sort of "normal" by year's end.

btw.....
This is no E Ticket.

Just a more 'glamorized' version of Buzz Lightyear. It will be great .. but lets put that "it will be great" in perspective.

"it shouldn't impact Disneyland much."

Yep, Disneyland already has it's own Toy Story attraction.

Not an E ticket? We'll see. Guess you've already ridden it in order to make such a sweeping and opinionated judgment, eh?

uh ...
there's been enough behind-the-scenes photos, videos, essays to describe this attraction. And so far .. it looks like an improved and slightly larger version of Buzz Lightyear.

I constitute an "E" as something on the SCALE, SIZE, AND SCOPE as Pirates of the Caribbean, Haunted Mansion, Indiana Jones. This ride is NOT on the scale of those.
All times are Pacific Time (US)
