Has anyone heard from one single WDI employee ......
How do the Disney characters blend in?
Please .. endulge us.
An "artistic" reason for how the characters are supposed to enhance 'it's a small world' would really be appreciated.
Any insider care to let us know?
Thank you. |

"I think it would be fun, as the guests are riding through, they can sort of challenge each other to see Pocahontas or see Mulan, and then they will want to ride it again and see who they missed"
Don't believe me, watch the video.

Disney truly is a ruined company. |

But why they are in such a hurry to mess with the original .. without giving HKDL's version several months to "ride out" guests reaction is so beyond me.
Coincidentally .. Hong Kong's opens in just a couple of days.
I saw the YouTube video .. but the resolution was so low .. I could barely make out anything. |

It's A Small World isn't a game where you are searching for Disney Characters. Hell, they might as well rename the attraction to "Disney Character Hunt". They should have at least kept the ride's true meaning and integrity instead of degrading it and everything it was originally designed for. |

It's Disney's park, like it or not they can change the ride as they see fit. If we disagree with the changes it's up to us to hit them where they hurt, by not supporting them financially.
I am disgusted by the Padres performance this year, so I am not going to any games or buying any merchandise until they improve. Same thing with Disney, if you are disgusted with the product, don't spend money on them. |

| oc_dean Sun 4/27/2008 12:27a | In the case with Disney ... I think most of us realize boycotts are silly .. and will not have any affect on Disney in the short term.
By the time anyone listens to any rational (depending on whatever the exact subject is)... it's too late. The damage is done.
In the case of the behemoth Disney .. all anyone can do is to voice their thoughts/opinions .. and hope someone within is going to listen. |
