| WDWdreamin Sun 4/27/2008 6:34p | So I just bought two of the sale t-shirts on DisneyShopping.com and the Eeyore pjs. I know the shirts are really cheap, but I really don't like that the prints are not solid.
I thought about getting one of the personalized Ink shirts, but I didn't love the animation for Belle who is the one I wanted most. Maybe I'll get one of Flower?
The closest Disney store is more than 5 hours away. I've been looking online but not finding much. Does anyone have any webpages/shops that they recommend? Or should I just wait til my next park visit? |

| Liberty Belle Wed 4/30/2008 7:44p | I used to buy all the time from disneyshopping.com, and never had a problem. Then, all of a sudden, they started stuffing up my orders and it was REALLY frustrating trying to get an answer from Australia - I either had to make an expensive phone call with lots of time on hold, or email them and wait days for a reply. Because of those experiences, I haven't bought there for over a year now.
Back when I did buy, the quality was always fine - I had one item arrive broken, but that was the only problem I had with the merchandise itself (the later problems I had were with them leaving off my postcode and the item going missing, or leaving items out of my order). The quality was fine, at least as good as the Disney Store in my opinion.
Lately I've been doing most of my buying off eBay as a good fix for between park visits :) |

| basil fan Thu 5/1/2008 9:08a | I did have a quality issue once, with a trailer hitch cover I bought for a gift. It had a blemish on the paint job.
I had to pay to ship it back to them and begged them to open the new one and hand check it before they sent it.
They didn't, it arrived, and had a blemish in a different spot.
I asked for a free return label this time. After all, how much am I supposed to pay to fix somebody else's mistake?
They sent me a good one for free that time.

| Pinngurll Wed 5/7/2008 3:12a | I am reluctant to be negative toward anything Disney, but I used to be a huge fan of Disneyshopping, especially when Kevin and Jody were in charge of the wonderful collectible merchandise. It's really apparent that things have soured somewhat in the past 2 years. Disneyshopping is not the "go-to" place for Disney quality or service that I thought they once were. I pretty much shop mostly from ebay now. |

| davewasbaloo Wed 5/7/2008 3:19a | Also t-shirt print quality is not what it once was in the parks earlier. The shirts we bought Dec 2006 prints now look worse than some of my 10 year old disney prints.
Even some of our new (March 2008) DL shirts are starting to go.
But this is not unique to Disney. It seems in the economy we live in, this is pretty standard. |

| u k fan Wed 5/7/2008 5:13a | To be fair the quality has always varied. A few years ago I bought 2 Muppets T's, both are completely different shapes (though they both fit) and the fabric is different too.
I still shop there every couple of months and have never had any problems other than a couple of damaged items that they replaced free of charge.
Does anyone have any experience of the Disney Ink Shop (zazzle) as I've thought of ordering from there for my summer trip to DLP?!!! |
