11	leemac Wed 4/30/2008 4:51a	Hey Liberty Belle As X mentioned I'm veggie (no meat or fish) and have spent a lot of time at HKDLR and never had any real problems. That said I love Chinese food so it was easy for me. The buffets at the hotels will definitely give you a better selection - that is Chef Mickey's at Disney's Hollywood Hotel and Enchanted Garden at the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel. Inside the park the fine dining location is Plaza Inn (which is operated by a very popular HK caterer called Maxim's) which is Cantonese-style cuisine but excellent. Also the Main Street Corner Cafe have things like waffles etc. HK itself is an absolute wonder when it comes to food - amazing selection and quality. Virtually all of the Western-style hotels from Conrad, Ritz, Mandarin-Oriental, Intercontinental etc. have excellent non-Chinese restaurants. You definitely won't struggle.
