196	X-san Thu 5/15/2008 5:02a	That's a non-argument right there. Sure, they might or might not have been "there" but even terrorists get their asses kicked by oppressive regimes. You don't hear about too many terrorists making headway against North Korea or Iran either, right? Besides, the terrorists in question were generally working FOR Hussein in the past, were they not? They might very well have been killing civilians, but "legally" and under government orders. That'd be my guess anyway.
