Vincent Bugliosi has written up a legal argument in his book 'The Prosecution of George W Bush for Murder' addressing this administration's war crimes. He is very well known as the Los Angeles County Deputy DA who prosecuted Manson & Co. for the 1969 Tate murders and had an astounding career felony conviction record of 105 and 1. A second round of 'fame' came when he most publicly spoke out at the sheer incompetence of Clark, Darden and the DA's office who handled the OJ affair. A Democrat by trade/title Bugliosi has been known to jump party line from time to time. He's no crackpot and knows how to win so maybe his movement might pick up some steam---- never know.
