My family is planning a day trip to Sea World, but we're not sure what the easiest way to get to the park from Lindbergh Field, whether it be to go by taxi, or if there is a bus that provides regular service. Any help would be appreciated. We are considering renting a car, but between the rental cost and parking fees for a single day, it might not be worth it.

A taxi might b your best bet. SeaWorld is fairly close to the airport.

It is definitely close, but many rental car companies have great deals on one day rentals. It might be worth it to look into a rental. For example, Budget Rental Cars has a full-size vehicle for 23.77 for the day. Even with the parking at Sea World you'd likely pay more with a taxi. I found one estimate for taxi to Sea World from the Cruise Terminal, which is about equidistant to the freeway from the airport and it was $19.00 one way. Your rental car would be less than that even with putting a gallon or so of gas in it to return it at the end of the day. Just something to think about...
