I'd love to hear anyone's opinions on which of the WDW mini golf courses they prefer and the pros and cons of each, similar to what's being discussed in the Water Park thread. I know Mini Golf isn't as big of a decision, but it is a fun break from the parks during a WDW vacation.

I have not yet played the course near Blizzard Beach but I have played both courses at Fantasia Gardens. Not sure I remember which is which but the one geared to "adults" is a tough course.

Obviously you can play cheaper mini golf off property but they are fun and certainly Disney quality.

I'll try to catch the Winter Summerland...or whatever it is called...next time!

Definitely Winter Summerland for me (I think I prefer the winter course) - I just prefer the whimsy of it. The storyline is so humorous and I love the Santa gags. It also makes a lot of sense to me to have it next to Blizard Beach - it makes a fun diversion during a day at the water park.

Must admit that despite being a golfer I've never played the Fantasia Fairways course - it has always been Fantasia Gardens for us. Still a fun experience but I don't find so much to look at. It is cute but lacks the humor of Winter Summerland.

I prefered Fantasia Gardens but that could be because I ALMOST won on that course and I always come in last place. LOL!

Winter Sumerland was fun though to. I like that there are a lot of options for things to do if you want to take a break from the parks.

I think as a family we prefer the Winter/Summerland and to break that down the winter course.

As fast as Fantasion goes it is a good course but would a little upkeep kill Disney?

I really enjoyed our game at Fantasia Gardens. Liking golf, mini golf, and Fantasia is very cool.

Winter/Summerland is cute to and in a good location to combine with BB, but I do not find the theming as much to my taste as Fantasia.

But both are very good, and our fav mini golf anywhere.

Exactly how many mini-golf courses do they have?

Are people talking different options at one place here?

I always thought there was only two "places" at WDW to play mini-golf??

What are the prices like (just curious)?

Yup there are just 2 courses but Fantasia gardens has traditional mini golf and then the fairways which is like "real" golf just on a small scale...

I actually have played neither... I know I know and I even like mini golf...

Hi X:

Fantasia Gardens has 2 courses, a traditional mini golf and the fairways which are modeled on real golf with sand traps and sloping greens. Winter Summerland also has 2 courses - the summer side and the winter side. Both are traditional mini golf.

Tickets are $12.52 for adults and $10.39 for children 3-9 (all prices include sales tax). A second round of golf can be played the same day for 50% off.

We always play at Winter Sumerland but I've heard that Tiger Woods has played at Fantasia Garden so it must be good!
