Mon 5/12/2008 2:55p | I'm the mediator (sp?), sounding board, "problem" solver (stuff that is obvious to me) between my siblings and some friends and their family members. I have a long time friend that I've had to sort of hold at a distance because I felt like I was her therapist, not her friend and she needed someone much more qualified than someone who just sees the obvious.
I'm the "go to" person for anything related to a trip to Disneyland :) I love that :)
My sister and I are the duo for planning all family parties and event. We'd love for someone else to do that, even just once.
Hmmm, thinking about the food thing. I think I'd like to be known for something fantastic. Think I'll work on that :) |

Mon 5/12/2008 6:18p | I, too, am called upon whenever someone is going to Disneyland and need to know where to stay, eat, ride closures, etc. (all things they can look up but come to me anyway!)
At work, if anything needs organizing, they come to me. Also troubleshooting, planning celebrations, etc. I guess after 24+ years I guess I have that kind of reputation. |

Wed 5/14/2008 10:08a | I am the pregnancy advice guru. After having two in a row I am apparently the go-to person for anyone I work with who is expecting, or that has a brand new baby.
I also am the work Disneyland guru as well - info about the park, trip planning, etc. Its funny, I work with a girl that goes more often than I do but no one goes to her for advice because, to be honest - her trips sound boring compared to ours!!! Probably because I'm on here a lot and gets lots of good tips from LPers!!
Also good for useless Disney trivia that people have questios about. i.e. What was the movie that had ..... or What cartoon has the princess that .... - yeah 99.9% of the time I have the answer for those!! |
