Chair-sniffing is one of them. Actually, it is also newsworthy because it was done as an insulting "joke" by a public official, and he had denied it for a long time.

"I was shocked and outraged and I told him," she said." So he did it in front of some other guys. Sort of like an inappropriate and immature frat boy joke. And not some chair sniffing perv.
