In another thread X was saying there had just been three strong earthquakes where he is. Here's a link. So far, in the lasy few hours, there have been eight, none weaker than a 4.5. The last one was 6.8. Holy crap.

Within roughly the last hour, there have been quakes of the Honshu coast at 6.2, 5.4, 5.9, 5.1, and 6.8.

Hope all of you are okay. More important, I hope it doesn't take out your internet!

Wow, no reports of injuries or damage. That's a testament to Japanese engineering. Many other parts of the world would have been devastated by such a swarm of quakes.

Hang in there X!

Holy guacamole. They're up to 14 quakes in the last ten hours, none weaker than 4.5. And if you look at the link, they've been having these quakes ever since 4/30.

Yeah, last night was freaky.

Never experienced any sort of "one after the other" with such intensity before.

Luckily they were mild enough where I was (mild enough for me to continue posting, anyway), but the last one was big enough to make me shield my daughter out of concern!

Freaky!
