Very true.... I am betting and hoping most of the chasing will be played out on the balconies and roof top of Jungle Cruise... Can you imagine getting mowed down by Indiana Jones chasing someone while standing in line at Bengal BBQ....LOL!!!! |

Mon 5/12/2008 3:14p | In the early days of the attraction, they handed out little cards so you could decode the messages in the temple while you waited. I don't really know when they stopped handing them out (it was probably only the first year or two), but it's been quite some time. I would bet that most people now wouldn't even know that they ever did this, and would think it was done specially for this summer.
I've always wanted to print a picture of one of them off, and take it with me to try and decode some of the stuff while I'm waiting. You can see what one looks like on this page, under "Temple Cave/Rotunda", on the second row on the far left side.

Mon 5/12/2008 4:16p | I think the crowded Adventureland would add to the effect. It is very much like the famous "basket chase" scene in "Raiders of the Lost Ark."
It would be crazy and fun to see Indy trying to work his way through the crowd pursued by some bad guys, especially if it carries on to the rooftops and such. I like this idea a lot! |
