Topic: Disney Theatrical music pulled from college tour

1	eww4 Mon 5/12/2008 12:03p	http://www.deseretnews.com/art...,00.html Long story short, Brigham Young University's Young Ambassadors performance group has been told by Disney to cease performances of 3 Disney Theatrical songs on their Australian tour. BYU maintains they have authorization through blanket ASCAP licenses.
2	utahjosh Mon 5/12/2008 12:31p	I saw this production. It was pretty good, especially the Mary Poppins and Tarzan bits. The Hercules stuff was lacking. BYU will get the rights it needs if it wants to continue using the music.
