| gottaluvdavillains Tue 5/20/2008 12:10p | We were suspicious of Zach when Hodges suddenly pumped the morphine into him. I kind of felt the very end was quite anticlimatic - I kind of wanted the Gormogon to be someone they had known before! |

| hopemax Tue 5/20/2008 12:37p | When they turned the attention to Sweets and Hodges, I knew it would be Zack. It felt like a post-strike, shortened season decision. I would rather they have extended the Gormogon story into next season and tell it properly. |

| ni_teach Tue 5/20/2008 12:49p | I was also disappointed in the final episode and not because they made Zack the bad guy. But the whole end/rush of the Gormogon plot line.
I mean the team normally uses their brains to figure things out here Zack drew them a map on how to find and beat this guy. After such a long build up to suddenly track the guy down and shoot him???
As I said, very disappointed.

I misread that. I figured it meant that Hodges was the killer, and that he was trying to keep Zach so doped he wouldn't figure it out.
I agree that the ending seemed rushed. It seemed like they had a lot of business to take care of, and they just wanted to get it over with. |

I think that's when Hodges and Angela figured it out - as they looked at each other and Hodges made a comment regarding the things he was saying and protecting him from saying too much.
It was then that Hodges went back and found the lead levels and even showed it was in his neighborhood.
I would have liked it better if Angela and Hodges would have been able to rescue Zach for a bit and kept the storyline going into next season for a bit. |
