No, that's not by my logic.
<A church can refuse to recognize a gay couple's marriage.>
In most places, for now. Don't expect it to stay that way, if this ruling is allowed to stand. |

I know exactly what I am talking about. Please don't pretend that because you went to law school, you have exclusive knowledge of what lawyers think. I've read plenty that think this decision was wrong.
<The irony here of course is that if the courts saw it your way, THEN they would be activists judges, ignoring equal protection.>
Nope. |

I mean that when I said I read an article that described the situation I related, I was telling the truth. |

"organizations that receive state and federal funding"
If they recieve taxpayer money they cannot discriminate. They want to be bigoted against me, then don't take my money. |

You've shown you'll twist just about anything, and you can never, never, EVER admit you're wrong about something even when it's glaring in your face. I know it, and everyone else around here knows it. |

Don't believe me - I don't really care. But please stop lying about me. |

Plenty of people still think women shouldn't vote and blacks should be sitting at the back of the bus. Plenty of people disagreed with Brown v. the Board of Education. Doesn't make them right, doesn't make it the law. You can find anyone to disagree with anythng. You're proof of that.
Name one bit of harm gays can do marriage that straights haven't already done.

No, it doesn't. And neither does the fact that more people here disagree with me make me wrong.
<Name one bit of harm gays can do marriage that straights haven't already done.>
When did I ever claim that gays could do some harm to marriage that straights haven't already done? The answer is I haven't. But because you can't refute anything I say, you distort it.
