51	bean Thu 7/3/2008 12:59p	Yes the balance of the midway games, screamin queue and the retheming of the sunwheel to Mickey fun wheel should start the second week of September. I have heard that Golden dreams might also go dark around the same time to start construction on The "Voyage of the little Mermaid" attraction. Expect to see work on the actual bay as well to prepare for Disney's World of Color

59	ArchtMig Fri 7/4/2008 1:19a	The pessimist in me can't let go of the feeling that all this stuff might be delayed, or not happen at all. I can't wait to see actual demolition start happening and construction walls going up. Bulldoze more of the ugly parts of the pier, and the total ugliness that is the main entrance and the Sun Court, and I think this unease in me (that comes from being burned by bad things like TL '98, original DCA, lackluster TOT, and X-games experience) will evaporate.

I haven't read a thing on what they are planning to do. I do wish they could enclose it in an air conditioned building. It gets awfully hot in there sometimes.... I wish as theming for the queue .. they would create models of various old coasters .. embedded into dioramas ... which would serve as a "show".
