Does anyone know when the Christmas decorations will be installed at DLP this year?

Second question: Even if the decorations go up in mid-November (as is the case with Disneyland in CA), does the Christmas season at DLP go into "full effect" at a later date?

Thanks (again)!

This is last year's info but it will give you an appropriate timeline of when things will run this year.

I have been told that Christmas info will be released in June for DLP.

Christmas often starts mid/late November, and the programme is the same on a Wednesday in November as on Christmas day, just with smaller crowds.

Sadly, there is no longer a special Christmas parade, but the treelighting ceremony, snow on Main Street and Dickensian Carolers are great.

Oh, and Mickey's Winter Wonderland is a really cute show too.

adly, there is no longer a special Christmas parade,<<

True, but Santa does make an appearance with his reindeer (real) at the end of the afternoon parade.

The tin soldiers end the parade with Santa Claus, at least they did when I saw it last December.

Christmas starts 8th November this year in Paris through to Jan The parade had santa and tin men etc at the end last year thought it worked very well the snow did not start till christmas part kicked in was very effective. As far as can remember the full christmas effect starts 8th nov obviously some special shows just for xmas which is on disneyland paris website in the e brochure. But there is not a major amount on crimbo yet can't imagine it being on there till a bit nearer as we want info as well.

I also can't imagine it being much differnt to last years event anyway. I expect the pre Christmas parade to go ahead, as well as Enchanted Candlebration.
