If I were to ever go value, Pop would be my choice. The All Stars are used for more large school and sporting groups, whereas POP has a good food court and a better location.

I've stayed at the Pop Century and really enjoyed the stay. Now that we live near WDW we hardly ever stay at WDW anymore but we still from time to time head over to the food court. Its food court offers tasty fast food... sloppy joes, cheesesteak wrap, veggie lasagna, and more.

We stayed at the All Stars Music on our last visit and were happy. However the Unoffical Guide gives a slight preference to the Pop because it was built last and the Disney people learned a few things about how to build the food court and so on better. However, I don't think there is any signifigant difference in rooms between the four resorts.

PC was OK as far as a value goes. We have also stayed at Movies but had a bad experience with noise and tour groups.

Well if you are using the Disney Transport buses, and going during a high attendance time of year, Then I suggest All Star- Sports becuz you get one of first on bus b4 it goes to movies. AS-music has its bus but a lot of ppl go there to stay @. If you rent a car, stay at any AS resort, they are better than the pop centry. also you can walk ovr to visit other facilities (sports,music,movies).....

Stay far, far away from Movies. It is borderline dump. Because of its popularity Disney hasn't seen fit to renovate its rooms since it opened in 1999. So imagine what most rooms look like.

Pop has a much nicer food court and retail and a great musical soundtrack. It does feel more government housing-ish since the buildings are four floors not three. But having a lake does give it a bit more resort feel.

That said, both Music (in 2006) and Sports (just completed) have had thorough rooms renovations with a more contemporary, upscale look than either Movies or Pop (which has the old-style All Star decor).

I stayed at Music last fall and found it very adequtete. The public areas are quite nice, especially the Jazz Inn and Broadway areas ... that said, while the rooms are new, many parts of the property are showing signs of neglect (50% of lightbulbs out in marquee, dead patches of grass, faded paint etc ...).

I guess right now if I had to stay at a value resort I'd pick Sports first just because the room hasn't had a chance to be trashed yet.

Then I'd stay at either Music or Pop.

I'd never stay at Movies.
