18	PrincessThDestroyer Tue 5/27/2008 10:13p	LuLu, if anyone sent it to the cash account, using an unconfirmed bank account, Paypal will hold it until the fund have been taken from the account. I had the same issue when I added a new account to my paypal account and sent payment before it was confirmed.
