And if it's not clear by that picture, the Timon lot is right on the other side of the fence next to DCA. If you pull into the parking area off of Harbor you will either park directly in the Timon lot or at least drive through it on your way out onto Disneyland Drive to get to the parking structure. But no, it's not the lot outside the parking structure. That is the Pinocchio lot, I think.

"A. Where will the other Parking Lot be?"

The new parking sturcture will be located between Clementine St. and Disney Way. On the map its the lot with all the arrows.

"C. the Empty land to the right, is were
The Third park will be?"

The third park will be in that large lot next to the Anahiem Convention Center. Right under the Cast Parking Lot, And I am pretty sure they plan on using that for the new park as well.

If you follow the link and then use the map to go east(right), you will see an empty lot, that is the gardenwalk. Then move south (down) and you will see the location of the 3rd park which is currently a parking lot for cast members.

Thank you for the link, Dshyates. And thank you, DLTheo for the further clarification on that.

When we parked, we were on the Mickey level. I don't remember why, but we went down the steps to Daisey parking. So from there we walked to the escalator. Well I took some photos with my camera phone, of the outside of the parking structure where it's a big lot next to one of the tram stations. But I had to delete it to make space as my cell phone's memory status could only hold so many.

The CM's description matches everything we've heard so far, and the info checks out with what insiders have posted, but...

The source of the CM's info was probably this very site, and probably the posts by those "insiders," so it all gets accelerated in this giant feedback loop. When all the rumors from all these sources start sounding identical, you know it is all based on one source, official or not. CM's are usually not privy to any more info than you and me.

Fri 6/27/2008 1:24a The same CM I spoke with told me they are planning to start construction on it in September and it should be open by next year"

The CM was off by a few years. The attraction does not open till 2011.

Fri 6/27/2008 1:28a Ok I'm going to take a wild guess as it probably is clearly obvious. The Timon Lot is right outside the parking structure isn't it? "

no timon lot is south of TOT, Bugsland, bountidul valley farm and the wharf at DCA.

As to future plans, Jay Rasulo, chairman of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, offered a few tidbits about the extensive makeover of Disney's California Adventure that began with the opening of Toy Story Midway Mania. The much-anticipated Radiator Springs Racers attraction that will anchor the new Cars Land will use (as-yet-unidentified) breakthrough technology to pit guests in two ride vehicles against each other as they rev through scenes from the Pixar movie. "Until the very end, you won't know who is going to win the race," Rasulo says. Confirming that the ride will have some similarities to Epcot's Test Track, the Disney executive didn't say what role, if any, guests would play in controlling the vehicles and determining the outcome of the race. Although ground will break shortly, Rasulo says that the ambitious Cars Land will be the final component of the park's transformation to open and won't debut until 2012. The main gate changes and radical makeover of the front of the park will also be among the last things to open. And while he didn't give firm dates for The Little Mermaid Ride or Disney's World of Color Lagoon show, Rasulo did say that about every 18 months there would be something new at the resort's second park; look for those to open in 2010 and 2011. The Little Mermaid dark ride will focus on the movie's music, he notes. "When completed," Rasulo says, "Disney's California Adventure will feel more immersive and richer. It will have more heart."
