It's just that I know so many people whose Drs. have told them not to travel and they have done it anyway and it has been the best possible therapy. When my sister had cancer they had pretty much written her off but she was determined to go to our grandmother's hundredth birthday party and did it. My son-in-law went to Disneyland two weeks after a kidney transplant. (AMA of course.) Don't know where I am going with all this but maybe all is not lost. Will keep praying and hoping for the best. You are such a good friend Paulette.

28	JazzCat Tue 6/3/2008 12:57p	Just an update: Donnie is doing VERY well and every time the doctors see him they accuse him of not being sick. ;p I missed seeing him on Sunday but went after work yesterday and in just two days he looked like his old self. My actually concern for him now is his size. I can't believe how big he has gotten and must weigh at least 300 lbs. He can't get around very well so I'm concerned about how he will get on and off of the rides in Disneyland. Obviously no roller coasters for him, but I'm even concerned how he will get into a boat like Pirates of the Caribbean. Does anyone here have experience with a really large person going to Disneyland? Thanks in advance for your input and thanks again for all of your thoughts and prayers!
