When I was at guest services at Disneyland yesterday I noticed there was a sign that said "Club 33 tickets". Are those tickets to eat at Club 33? And are you able to get those tickets if you are not a member?

You write to DL to be put on the waiting list. Right now it is about 5 yrs long for individual members.

There are both individual and corporate memberships. There are different dues and waiting lists for each. Membership for an individual is several thousand dollars a year and I imagine corporate is more.

I last had lunch at Club 33 in December 2006. Lunch was $85, plus tip and alcohol. That includes a parkhopper (automatic, it can not be backed out). Typically, lunch is the price of a one day parkhopper. So, if you don't have an AP, it's basically free lunch! If you have an AP, it's a very nice, expensive lunch.

I have to be honest. While Club 33 is an interesting experience I personally feel the quality of the food has really gone downhill. I would much rather take the money I would spend at Club 33 and have dinner at the Napa Rose in the Grand California.

I don't think Club 33 is all it is cracked up to be anymore.

^^I hate to say it, especially since I've never gotten an opportunity to go myself, but I'm not surprised and in some ways I blame the Internet and sites like this for that.

Club 33 was always a mystery to 99.9% of guests for many years.

It isn't anymore. It's all over the place.

And now you even see people asking how to weasel their ways in. You see fan groups scheduling lunches and putting pictures all over the web ... it just seems like it was only a matter of time before the quality dropped.

I personally will wind up at Napa Rose myself. It's one of the finest resturants in Orange County ... heck, Southern California and I don't need to spend $15,000 (or whatever it is on a membership after waiting for someone to die after years on a list) when I can just drop into Napa or make a ressie on a busy night.

As I don't see myself paying to be a member, I do enjoy dining there from time to time. It's a great experience, and I still enjoy the food.

The best part is walking out on the balcony and looking down on everyone! J/K

This is interesting - fan groups and weasely people trying to get into Club 33 have caused the food quality to drop?

What's the reason for the drop in food quality in the rest of the park? AP holders?
